Absolutely stunning. WOW !
I followed your README and now :
1°) I get back so many capabilities, i.e :
+ Grob can open most of my favorites sites !!!
+ Quickddit works well (simple reddit client) !!
+ Warehouse seems to work !
2°) However I lose one capacity : gPodder does not work anymore (it's a "python" based app) . The workaround is to switch to "Podcatcher". This alternative is very very slow to discover podcasts sources. Luckily it allows to sync subscriptions from gpodder.net (so I created an account on gpodder.net , add subscriptions and synchronized them in "Podcatcher").

Thank you again for the very detailed and basic instructions!
Years ago I often read: TLS1.2 is not possible because grob is closed source. I am happy that it is comparatively easy. Maybe the same could be done for maemo? I may try it one day when I have more free time. That is if Leste hasn't solved the power consumption and performance issues on the N900 by then

I have to say I tried recompiling microb-engine (just as quick test), couldn't even with original source. Fails on running run-mozilla.sh with error: "unable to dump 00114c00". No clue how to fix...

Hello,
I discovered today a drawback : CalDAV agent isn't working anymore now. I checked onto another n9 (without "TLS 1.2 for n9") and CalDAV sync works well on this one...
Would you have any idea for trying to investigate further, please ?

Amazing news ! I have tried it and so far it works :
- Default Browser
- Podcasts
- Cuteradio
Quickddit (sign is is not possible of course)
- Mail (gmail)
The only thing missing really is Jabber . It doesn't seem to work. I have tried with jabjab.de and jabber hot chilli net to use their whatsapp and facebook transports but it doesn't connect to any server . Has anyone ever managed to use Jabber with facebook or whatsapp?
