It is real simple. Opera browser allows touch scrolling on www.cnn.com and www.wsj.com and MicroB doesn't. Even portions of Amazon website are not touch scrollable when using MicroB.

I don't use MicroB (yet), but maybe create a bookmark to the URL "about:" (no http:// or anything else)
It works on Opera.

Also I hope they improve the Flash too... On a couple of flash sites that I saw that were at 100% in IE, Opera, etc. In MicroB it was translated as 100 pixels not percent.
