Hi,

I've done a search on file transfer, but knowing little about linux, I'm not quite sure I'm read to install openssh yet :-/.

I was hoping I'd be able to transfer files easily using bluetooth between my PC and my N800 but I can't get it to work. The PC is running Vista, N800 is flashed to OS2008.

I have a nokia N6120, and this appears both in the Windows Explorer and is available to Nokia PC Suite, and it is an easy matter to drag files. I was hoping for something similar with the N800. Unfortunately, my Nokia PC Suite doesn't even recognise my N800 when I do Get Connected->Bluetooth connection - the search function doesn't find the device. I have bluetooth on and visible on the N800.

What am I missing?

Thanks for any help,
Spann

You're right I was well confused.

Never mind - have WinSCP and openssh working now.

Thanks anyway,
