Where can I get a replacement n810 qwerty keyboard membrane/keys?

Me too.

Actually all I need is the key-caps part, my membrane part is just fine.

Other parts I would like is a replacement DC power jack, and maybe a new touch screen if it is cheap enough.

http://www.gerry-mobilfunk.de search for n810. they have membrane and keys and others n810 part

i buyed from them n810 and n900 parts ( especially n900 original stylus ) . delivery is made with deutsche post and is painfully slow

The store you mentioned does have them, but only in german layout (and they cost >20eur!)
I'm looking for a qwerty portuguese layout.

BTW, removing the keyboard cover is very simple:
1 - slide the keyboard out, open the stand and remove the back cover.
2 - with a small screwdriver release the 3 latches on the bottom
4 - now release the 2 latched on the left and right.
4 - the keyboard cover will lift slightly, and then you can pull it out easily.

If it's just for looks I have to recommend against it. I've done a fair bit of PDA repair and it's a nightmare. If your vision isn't good you might not even be able to see some of the parts that will come out.
