Just upgraded to Kubuntu 10.04 RC (64bit) and wanted to give heads up if you're planning to upgrade.

Xephyr doesn't have -kb option any more. After a bit of googling I found that the keyboard option is given something like this

Xephyr :2 -host-cursor -screen 800x480x16 -dpi 96 -ac -keybd ephyr,,,xkbmodel=evdev
The SDK seems to work also with out the keyboard option

Xephyr :2 -host-cursor -screen 800x480x16 -dpi 96 -ac
And at least for me Xephyr segfaults after stopping the application framework.
