A wee story to warm your cockles.

My wee laddie is choked with the cold ; not really fit for much today so I'm working from home to look after him.

He's keeping himself warm in tucked up in the bedroom next to my office so I'm not too far away from him, with my N900 plugged into the telly, and streaming Bakugan / Ben Ten et al with Mediabox via Mediatomb on my Linux box and earlier he had one of the kids satellite channels streaming via my PC using VLC on the N900 (no satellite box or DVD player in the room).

I can control the N900 remotely via ssh (and I'm intrigued with looking at MohammadAG's phone control script now ; I'd had an idea to implement a perl module to do the same when I have some time!).

He was playing Sonic and Galaga earlier on it as well

I love this piece of kit, and I would like to offer my grateful thanks to everybody involved in both it's inception and continued development and evolution.

It's nice to see something positive about the N900 on this forum

The N900 can only show you the door, but you're the one who has to go through it,
