I had a process using 100% of the CPU. The PID was 1041. I ended up sending a kill -9 1041 command. This forced the phone to reboot and now the phone doesn't work. I've rebooted several times with no luck. Everything else seems to work ok. WIFI is still working. Does anyone have any ideas on how to recover?

Try to take out the battery for some seconds, maybe that can fix it.
