I hope everything will work, but if it will not work, you need only vold.conf and logcat?

about link - few days ago i made wipe and lost all data..so cant find old ones.....

also "ls -l /dev/block/*" (in nitdroid) might be useful. As well as "cat /proc/partitions" (in nitdroid too).

dev_mount sdcard /mnt/sdcard 1 /devices/platform/mmci-omap-hs.0/mmc_host/mmc0

Work for me. First partition == VFAT, set partition type in part. table accordingly.

i've installed nit @ /dev/mmcblk0p4 and it has successfully mounts SD card..

about ur post.. i should enter these

dev_mount sdcard /mnt/sdcard 1 /devices/platform/mmci-omap-hs.0/mmc_host/mmc0
into vold.fstab?

yes, vold.fstab. There are two lines (for either internal eMMC or extarnal SD/MMC), you should uncomment one depending on your needs.
