I dled the SVG-edit http://code.google.com/p/svg-edit/downloads/list
as inkscape light replacement. It works ok, just the UI wasn't designed for mobile small screen.

If it get optimization to fit N900, it would be a best diagram drawing tool or a casual drawing toy.
