Photos, musics, and videos - I would transfer by Windows Explorer of your computer (USB mode for the both device or by coping from other device to computer and then to other one) ...

If I remember right, it ask YOU about importing contacts on the first time (use bluetooth, as you have the booth devices) ... if not, then open contacts - options - import contacts ...
