Hi all

Does the N800 work with BT Openzone public wifi? I have read here that it does not work with the 770, but what about the N800? I have a N800 and I'm considering getting Openzone.

Never had any problems with BT WiFi like Openzone. Works fine with my 770 and N800. I use BT hotspots daily.
BTW, where did you read that there are problems with BT Wifi and the 770. Just out of interest...

Works fine with my N800 and see no reason for it not to work with Nokia 770.

I read it in this thread here.

I'm looking at switching broadband to BT and getting the inclusive openzone WiFi minutes with the broadband package. Though I was thinking if the 770 can not connect to Openzone, would the N800. By the sounds of it though, I should be okay with my N800. I may find a hotspot and just pay for £5 worth of time and test it first though.

There are a couple of free bt openzone lite hotspots in London (Leicester Square and Tate Modern) which work fine with the N800 too.
