My N900 is loop rebooting, it doesn't even arrive to load itself to make me able to do something, please help me what can i do to stop this and rescue my phone??

Have you removed the memory card?

Otherwise a re-flash may be your best option. Guide in the wiki.

Reflash the kernel, either the stock or the OCed one

I had the same problem. Something went wrong with copying the kernel image from Win7 to Ubuntu (VM machine).
