Alternatively, are there any relatively light GUI text editors that include spell checking? I have tried several, including Notes and Leafpad, but they have not included this feature either. OpenOffice via Easy Debian is fantastic but a bit slow to use just to spell check an email, and the current version of Abiword sounds buggy...
Suggestions? Thanks for your help!
