Hey do you guys know if their is a way to sign for a 2yr contract on t-mobile and get like a $200 rebate except without having to purchase one of their phones.

Im thinking of ways to subsided the N900. I heard of an example where someone bought a really crappy phone on t-mobile with a 2yr contract on amazon for like -$150 and then just buy an N900 from amazon unlocked. Is there a way to do this but without even buying the crappy phone and just getting a contract? I saw on ebay a company selling Xperia X1s with 2yr contract with t-mobile for a discounted price too.

You could upgrade a line and then sell it on ebay. I think there is a promotion to get a HTC touch PRO 2 right now for $50 with a two year contract. Get the phone then sell for $400 on ebay. Thus subsidized. Got the deal from Slickdeals.net by the way.

Find an individual dealer and ask them if they can work out a deal for you on that one. They usually are a little kiosk at the mall and have a sign in thier store that says "authorized retailer" on T-Mobile logo or a light box.
The HTC touch pro II is free plus $50 credit on your next bill that's the deal.
