After you call or receive a call, you should not touch the phone
or you won't be able to talk from all too much beeping.

This bug is resolved in PR1.2. BH-103 also has it. You check it out here: http://wiki.maemo.org/Maemo_5/PR1.2

I have a different bug. I have a stereo Nokia bluetooth headset - BH-503. If I start a call on my phone but disconnect with the end call button on the headset the right channel mutes but the left channel continues with a low level of white noise and the headset no longer responds.
