No it didn't happening before flashing; and i flash it again and again but always the same problem. I try an other firmware image but also the same problem

thank you fieryriver for replying me;
its ok i solve the problem. I erase my older version of flasher-3.5 and i download again the flasher-3.5 with the older firmware image and i flash it, and the N900 start normally. after i will update the firmware. thank you again

You didn't mention flashing the emmc.. Failing to flash the emmc immediately after flashing the OS can cause rebooting problems.. especially if the phone wasn't working before flashing
I flash my N900 with flasher-3.5 and I put RX-51_2009SE_3.2010.02-8.003_PR_COMBINED_003_ARM.bin as firmware image; but when the flashing finish with success, my N900 still reboot and reboot with non stop, it can't stay ON. Please can somebody help me.
