If the smartphone market is highschool...

Apple is the cheerleader with big gazongas.
She's got curves in all the right places, but pretty shallow when you get to know her.
She teases a lot and people respond to her, and they always end up gossiping about her behind her back.
Rumor has it her father is a strict GI type, but we know she puts out to jailbroken kids on the side.
She's just got an awesome makeover this summer, something about retina enhancement... but unfortunately it affected her personality... if you touch her in the wrong place, she'll drop.

Nokia is the geeky european exchange kid from the chess club.
Very dependable, but he's really boring.
The guy is really bad with communication and probably borderline autistic... but it could be just due to culture clash.
Then again, sometimes people yell and scream right in front of him and he acts like nothing is wrong. I think he's got asperger.
Lately he's been playing with cherrybombs that annoy people, he thinks it's funny.
He said he's pretty popular back home.

Blackberry is your friend's dad who thinks he's still in highschool.
He calls everyone "homey" and everything is "coolio" for him.
He likes to hang out with the jocks and they let him be, out of respect... (or something)
At the end of the day, he's the only one with a stable job and the one in touch with the business world.
We all wonder why he keeps coming to our highschool though.

Android is your best buddy who's the captain of the football team.
He used to date Ms. Apple, but it turned out that they were both after the same guy... the break up was messy.
He has a weird desert fetish. Chicks dig him because he likes to flash.
We think his daddy is a spy.

WebOS dropped out last semester and he's now Packard's b*tch.
We're not sure what Packard is going to do with him.

Windows Phone 7 comes off to me as the Ferris Bueller / Breakfast Club principal.

I think winmo was like the emo kid... Everytime you talk to him, you feel like slitting your wrists...

I heard he's trying out the vampire/werewolf makeover to improve his popularity...

Interesting. The Apple iO is the only chick, eh?

Android is definitely male and more on that latter...

WebOS may have been Blackberries young wife. A MILF that eventually left him for HP.




I always think of Maemo in the feminine. Unlike Android it never wanted to get into iPhones pants. The geeky foreign exchange student with Aspergers still works but I'm thinking a foreign Winnie Cooper with glasses.


When you do get her into bed she turns out to be a real freak..



...but the next day acts like nothing happened. It also takes forever to get her to be that way again.



Now Android is a dude...


...and that explains why so many chicks in the real world seem to dig it.

It, more than the iPhone is attracting women who I believe represent the fastest growing segment of the emerging smart phone market.

They like how they can make Android do anything they dream up and it just does it. And, it takes care of the heavy lifting, empties the trash, reminds them when their car needs an oil change, and answers all their questions without to much effort or without making them feel insignificant or from a weaker sex.

They can talk to it for hours and when they express their needs it listens... really listens.

The perfect man for some.

Perhaps they see the iPhone also as a chick but one created by a man...


...like a Hugh Hefner girlfriend or suttin'.

ysss, nice post You made me smile in the morning and I'm grateful

As for Windows Mobile - emo guy character doesn't fit him. I think, a geek guy who is trying to be cool all of the sudden and his goal is big league like iphone, would suite this OS more.

Any body with drawing skills?

Apple is obviously a chick... because it can make guys go nuts and lose their reason and sensibility...

So... what if the smartphone market is the summer movie releases?

i think apple would be the twilight saga eclipse
bull**** story but pretty characters

nokia would be the nightmare on elm street
its an old monster that keeps coming back no matter how many times you kill it and brings friends like jason to do the dirty work (intel)

android would be alice in wonderland
good looking picture but imagining to be in a dream world only to wake up to reality later...

blackberry would definetly be wall street(though not released)
an old moneymaker comes back to make more money
out of....business

ill think about this some more now im kinda in a hurry
but this is the best thread i swear
