i have download flasher latest version3.5 for my nokia n900 and i m using windows xp but while pressing u key and pluggin to xp it show driver problem in my pc any helpppppppppp

install the nokia connectivity cable driver, or ovisuite, or nokia pc suite.
That should fix it.(at least when i had that problem)

can any one help i have install everything and while flashing i have witched off my phone and insert usb by holding u key and now i m getting usb icon in my handset any further procedure wht to do

Have you read this:

BEFORE you start flashing. What OS you have? What do you do not understand from that wiki?
