I have a lot of email problems and figured out that when i press killall modest in terminal the process is resetted and the client works fine.

Can someone give me the code for making a button wich does this in Desktop command execution widget. so i just have to press the button to reset it?

killall modest should just work since modest is running as user, no need for sudo.
I don't know however what is the syntax for Desktop command execution widget (Does it need simple unix commands or more complex syntax ?)

vi_ : The code in your signature will not work, learn how ba(sh) and sudo work. (or maybe you are doing this error voluntary to prevent people from ruining their phone)
