I found the http://videovoip.tableteer.nokia.com/ site while googleing around. Anyone know what it is, didnt find anything in here. Seems like nokia done some kind of videovoip beta testing!?

Yeah, that's the old Internet Calling client beta site. Nokia shut it down back in July when it released old of the OS2007 firmware revisions.

It was the original Internet Calling beta site, which Nokia took down when they weren't happy with the quality of the experience. They're planning on offering a replacement in the future.
