Hi, I have Mupen64Plus installed and it used to play games fine, but now it comes up with a SIGTERM error message, so is there an xTerminal command to completely remove an application and also clear its stored settings, as if I simply uninstall and then install or use
Code:
apt-get --reinstall install Mupen64Plus
then the settings stored from the previous installation are still there. and yes, I have already used google and the power search. Thanks in advance

To clear your mupen settings, type this in xterm:

rm -Rf .mupen64plus

Code:
sudo gainroot
apt-get purge <packagename>
Removes all settings and related data to whatever <packagename> may be.
