I just got my "new" refurbished N770 from Tigerdirect, but immediately noticed that the touch screen calibration seems totally off. So totally off that I can't use the screen calibration tool - when I tap the center of Target 1, the screen thinks I'm so far off that it tells me to "tap closer to the center of Target 1".

I've tried using the Nokia software updater (with Windows XP) to update, downgrade, then re-upgrade the software (IT 2006), but that hasn't cleared up the problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? Or must I try to get it exchanged? I have had no response to a tech support email form I sent to Nokia. I'm quite disappointed.
