2) delete /var/lib/dpkg/status and try again to see what happens.
3) failing that, I would edit /var/lib/dpkg/status deleting the offending fapman entry and retry
this file keeps information about which packages are installed etc. And from your output it looks like your phone has problem with fapman package icon. Do you have leafpad or pygtkeditor or other text editor installed? if yes, open this file as root, e.g.: root leafpad /var/lib/dpkg/status

Thanks misiak. I copied the entry you attached and replaced mine with it, now I'm not getting an errors and I am now able to uninstall apps through fapman, I havnt checked HAM yet.

Do you need me to enter any commands into xterminal for more info?.
