that was old media screen from previous page and i just change media button,

sorry i dont remember where i got the samples from. just customised (gimped) it, the coloring takes about 2 min.
try to find it!

any ideas about widgets shadows location?

Easiest way is to install theme customizer and set widget opacity to 0
