This is my 10 time, i'm trying to install nitdroid n12 in to my N900...


this is my installation procedure.... with latest maemo kernel.

I dont know, why isnt working, i tried 2491491 tutorials but isnt working....

Help please.

I am still a noob but will try to help u out,y dont u reflash u r n900 with emmc image(vanilla or custom),then try installing ntdroid,do u have an external mmc

No,You have to press tab after: leafpad /etc/multiboot.d

After you press tab it will show 11 or 1

I think he has not installed multiboot menu becauze even if he ran throug a problem installing ntdroid,he should have been able to boot into maemo!!!!!!!!!

leafpad /etc/multiboot.d/11 + TAB and autocompletes all the name.

I dont have idea why isnt working... by the way, android gingerbread guide it's working.

Is there any good and working tutorial to install it?

well mine is working for N12.
Here is my 11-NITDroid-mmcblk0p2-2.6.28.NIT.06.item file:
ITEM_NAME="text"
ITEM_KERNEL-2.6.28.NIT.06
ITEM_MODULES=ext3
ITEM_DEVICE=${INT_CARD}p2
ITEM_FSTYPE=ext3
ITEM_FSOPTIONS=rw,noatime,errors=remount-ro

As rishabsp says also,
have you installed multiboot? I have version 0.2.10-1

when you install NITDROID-INSTALLER, installs automatically the multiboot and bzip2...etc

the kernel of android isnt that!
