for me the new version seems much more stable.
The version before did crash or freeze often.
What I like most about fourcircle is the speed and the finger-friendliness of its bare-bones Maemo GUI. I wish so much you do not convert the GUI to the more modern alternatives which look fancy but eat processor cycles and memory just for questionable animations and look.
[Edit] after more elaborate usage: still lots of freezes :-(

i have the same problem with a lot of freezing/closing the app. very irritating!
i wonder how connect my facebook to the fourcircle? i get a check box with every checkin i make to add it to facebook, but how to when there are no settings in the program?
i also (like other members) would like a feature when adding venues to put it in a category to gain more points.
Offtopic: In order for check-ins to be displayed in Facebook (as posts) you need to allow and enable this on the Foursquare.com website in the Settings area.
nice app,
one question though, where does it store config data?
I logged into foursquare with my test account to see if it's working,
but would like to use it with my normal account now,
unfortunately there seems to be no logout or change user button.

I clicked on setting in my Foursquare account and all I see is an option to revoke Fourcircle access. No where do I see an option to allow Fourscircle access to post on my Facebook account. Am I missing something?
