It is, as Harmattan will look & feel very different to the example MeeGo UXes; have different packaging and that was a talk abou an OS, not Nokia's device. A question about Harmattan, rather than the Harmattandevice, would have been (a bit) less off-topic.
Nokia once made a video with a phone which had a special display.
In standby mode the phone still showed some sort of screensaver, but it was energy saving cause only the active pixels was lit and the others were turned off.
Does somebody know what I mean and may be give me link to it?

To be ontopic: "N9 with this display??!?!"
this is done by every OLED display and yes, the "N9" does have such display.
edit: ah and btw: confirmed by a third, independent source that there is the developer harmattan device with keyboard during the next days/weeks.
harmattan consumer device without keyboard, later this year (late summer/early autumn).
there is even an image of the consumer device somewhere in the webz..

That's Nokia Beta Labs Sleeping Screen. It works on AMOLED screens - and was gorgeous on my E7 while I had it. As far as I know, it's Qt-based so it wouldn't be hard for Nokia to release it for an N9(50) device.
