Awesome... The pic showed me exactly what it's probably doing. I've updated the script to include the 5-day forecast and fix this issue. I'm betting it's a problem with your particular weather page. Your locale must be making the contents slightly different on yahoo.

Try this script and let me know if it works better. Also, those who want to see the new 5-day, try this out too If you don't like the 5-day, you can comment out the 2 lines in the convert area (for the 3 images) that put it there. It's the 2nd and 3rd from the last extended line in each of the convert commands.

Well, close. Looks like your page is a little different than mine, unless it's going to be "Germany" today, and "Mostly Cloudy" tomorrow. Have to love how even templated pages are different from region to region. Check your actual yahoo page and see if it' actually going to be sunny on the 15th. If so, it's just mixing up lines. More likely it's supposed to be sunny on the 14th, and there's an extra line at the top (which would also have screwed up the old high/low readings...)

I have problem installing imagemagic. I downloaded one from
http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...2&postcount=64
but it compains about libgraphviz4 dependency.

# dpkg -i imagemagick-6.6.7-7_1.0-1_armel.deb

I have extras-testing and extras-devel enabled. Any ideas how to get imagemagic?

Hey guys, did the steps as told in post #1 and got following message while exe the sh:

/home/user/imagemagick/weather.sh: line 58: wget: not found

line 58 says:

wget --user-agent="" -q -t 1 -T 10 -O "$TEMPNAME" "$WEATHERURL" || exit 2

Can somebody tell me, wth i did wrong?

in addition: the slider already changed to this sun/feost-symbol, so it partly seems to work!

edit: do i have to replace "$WEATHERURL" with my own specific weathe-rurl? sorry for beeing a noob, just learning by doing, so .....

You have to install wget; this command in terminal should do the trick:
apt-get install wget
