Dunno about unlock launching. Have you installed any app that starts some custom apps/commands from hardware buttons.
So your phone app basically starts from turning even thought you have disable it from phone app settings?
it's was disable then i tried it (launch by turning ) so every time i unlock my phone phone appears. i've disable it again and 1:6 phone appears

1-when i rotate the phone to the right side the phone application appears .
2- when i unlock the phone phone app appears .
how to fix this ?
1. Goto the home screen
2. Open the phone application. This is likely to open up in Potrait mode
3. Tap the top center marked as Phone
4. A new menu with 4 options will open up
5. The 4th option -turning control
6. Set the display orientation as per your choice
7. Uncheck the "Launch by turning" button
8. Tap save.

Hmm..Setting is not saved? Something broken in rootfs/emmc file-rights?
Probably one way to fix this is flashing if rebooting / taking off battery doesn´t help.
