That's also what I wanted to do for the N810. But most online shops do not ship the N810 overseas. And if they do, then the shipping costs are quite high.

yeahthe n810 is extremely expensive but E450 isn't much compared to how expensive it's going to be in portugal, we have a 21% taxation on everything!

so it's gonna be over 500 euros

thank god i also live in the us and i can get one cheap from ebay

I'm also thinking about buying the N810 in the US by a friend who will come to Switzerland for Christmas.
    Grüezi!
I was looking for one in Zürich and it was completely impossible to find a store where they knew what it was.. just blank stares everywhere. I gave up and ordered one from http://www.mobileplanet.com
They ship from the US, cost 470 USD and have no problems with people ordering from .ch
According to the shop - they'll have the device in stock in 2 days time.
    Good luck!

    Thanx bwana,

    thats good intell.

I tried http://www.dynamism.com/ but they want 499$ plus 79$ Shipping plus insurance via FedEx International, and only accepted Amex or wire transfer with which I don't felt comfortable.

Think I'll give it a try.

bwana, take care of ordering products from outside Switzerland. Last year I was living in Bern when I ordered my Nokia N800 (actually at in January/2007) and I had to pay 50 CHF of taxes after receiving the product...

I'm not in the market for an N810, but if I were then that site would come in very useful. Lots of other interesting things there. It deserves some thanks so I'll add one.
