I'm not a betting man usually - last time I bet, I got stuck with having to buy a Nokia Windows Phone 7 phone. But as it stands, even simple things like which side the microUSB is located hasn't even been answered by the folks that have "seen it".

Minor details, but those things lend credibility. I'll patiently wait to see how wrong/right you people truly were.

Because those documents are like a death certificate. They tell a truth that rumors and other human tainted "facts" do not... they provide details.

All I wanna know is if the screen improved on our current best. The iPhone 4. I so want to know how good the screen looks. Screen resolution is a big thing for me.

In any case the specs so far are not that thrilling. Nothing to drop the N900 asap or even at all.
Maybe we can at least steal Harmattan's flash10 lib
    a) It was not brought, it was leaked. Showing it would have been stupid in the case you described. Now it's more unfortunate (For nok. For us it's fun because we now have this thread)
    b) I feel similarly about this.

Unfortunately for flash there might be some issues with the harmattan device being hardfp and fremantle being softfp. MeeGo Developer edition should be hardfp though, so you can perhaps use the flash libs there, which is great news! (Since there are no flash libs included in meego de)

Yeah it suck the keyboard isn't on the final version. Maybe this new haptikos technology will help us forget about the keyboard....but this bring me back to wondering what the screen resolution is because essentially that's all these touch screens are anyways without keys, so Zeh or K123, how did you feel about the sharpness of the screen?

I don't know if it's just me, but all this talk about disappointing specs...i don't know. I am extremelly (still) very satisfied with my N900 (apart from the ******ed usb port that fell off months ago...), and if the developper device has slightly better hardware, then it automatically becomes even better than the N900 (which is already impressive). If I somehow knew the release date of both devices...I would actually do everything I can to get my hands on the dev version if I knew the cons. one is to release in Q4 for exemple. So seeing how I will probably already be happy with the N950, I have no doubt the N9 will satisfy me. (even though i will have to get past my hatred for vkbs lol)

Q4 doesn't sound unrealistic. The deafening silence from Nokia can mean anything, but so far we didn't hear any dates except "2011". So I won't be surprised if it'll come in December
