Wrong, even the cpu in the N900 has hdmi/dvi out, look at panda board. This is something that really annoyed me when the N900 came out, if it had had HDMI it would have been the first.

PandaBoard is Omap 4, not Omap 3. The BeagleBoard, the Omap 3 version of PandaBoard, only support DVI-D because the SoC doesn't provide HDMI out.
