same problem here, but I got a Ipod It has better sound quality

this happened with my fiancees device too, run opened tracker-cfg and restarted tracker, fixed

Try the hard-reset instead .. does the trick for me, and I've had to do this 3 times now

remove ogg support the current version breaks the indexing
