    Where can I find the latest version of TV Player? Can I update through app mgr or I need to donwlaod it manually?

    I've just installed Qt web runtine and TV player successfully and it run fine. But when I select any channel and press watch now, it gives me a blank screen and the program seems to freeze since I cannot even get the pull-down menu of the player but close it. What can I do? Pls. help I want to see teh channels. Thanks.

    Yes, donwlaod it manually.
    apt-get install qtwrt and not apt-get install qtwrt-experimental

    -------------------------------
    From terminal
    sudo gainroot
    apt-get install qtwrt

    Try to install extra codec support,install ogg-support

    From Apps Mgr, I can see I have got Qt Web Runtime, Ogg support, Extra Decoders Support and Tv Player installed. When I run Tv Player and select a channel and click watch now, blank screen and the program doesn't response. Pls help.

    Delete the version on your n900 and download and install it again.Try to restart your N900 !

    is sounds like the same thning I was getting, uninstall qt webruntime and then reboot your n900 then install it via the terminal. if you read thru the previous posts you will see the help I got from dr_frost.
