Do you mean streaming may not be allowed in my country? I am not sure, but I have SPB TV installed and it streams fine.

I am not sure what wrong whit your configuration.I hope you find where is the problem.But if you have SPB TV probably you dont need Tv Player on your N900.It that right ???
