Yes they do, plus if you looking for android you often have atleast 3 or 4 devices to choose fr.o.m. Maemo/meego have one. So the situation is different. And even we like m&m, most of us have several devices so i guess you could say that we are android users at the same time. And when I think about that. I don't understand what you mean anymore.

at the end this seems to be that we all is angry on Nokia. Thing is in some years android is dead and everyone have to buy WPx or Iphone

So why care? If you like N9 buy it! If not buy something else.

this endless discussions about ekosystem flash or what is just pointless in some years everything is gone anyway and people buy WP from Nokia...

Except some Linux people like me that have to stick with non newest hw...

Cause linux seems to be a prototypplatform on the mobilemarket. Not even Andoid will sucess as mainstream nongeeks OS many andoisphones is still to buggy and it end with people go buys IOS or in some years Nokia WP phones.

I dislike to say this but its the truth... Seen it before..

You need another choice (Other).. Because for me, I am going to wait and see how it goes (How Nokia will support MeeGo).. and if I see that it's being properly supported then I will definately think of getting one.

I am literally going to wait a year after the release of the N9.. lol! Because as much as I love MeeGo, I don't want to get screwed over by Nokia again. After I got screwed over a couple of times (starting with the N97).

Wait, LOL, That's exact what Elop want everyone todo.

If none or few one:s buy the device, they will for sure stop support it for the few who bought it. Simple is that. Bussiness as always same goes for other companys.

Personally I dont buy a phone to get support 3 years or 1000000 apps, I buy if I think its right for me.

But at the same time I see no reason we doesntr see apps cause now both Symbian and Harmattan will use QtQuick and most the same UI layer (qt-components with a few differences)

I can already see what will happen to you. You wait a year during that time nokia will release several updates. After a year you descide to buy the device and BOOM nokia drop the support

I will also wait. Always some android kid the get a n9 as a gift and wants to sell it.
