I am not able to connect through PC Suite mode. In addition, all phone functions are not in operation.
Please help.

Please do the following;
1. Download Nokia OVI Suite from google.
2. Install it.
3. Connect your phone with your PC through the cable.

Your phone will ask:
(a) connect PC Suite mode?
(b) connect mass storage mode?
4. Select (a)

You PC will install yuor phone and the message ' Your new hardware is installed and ready to use' will appear.
5. Click the Nokia icon on your deaktop and enjoy your phone through your PC.
