    Karam...

Thanks for the effort... this is amazing if it works.
Thanks anyway even if it does not work for me.

My standard cpu frequency is 805 with no problems,
Do you recommend downgrading to 700mhz?

    cheers

    @zurrain101

I think it's enough with that. If I'm not wrong it is the same. I don't have that option in QCpuFreq either.

I'm going to test... No, to start testing right now. I hope end the test at least in 2 days or so

then you should update it , as you mentioned there is an update available .
    hope it will work .
or you can just recheck the remove app list that the required packages are installed or not .
    just to confirm.

if i load the profile through kernel-config load default, then is it gonna be the same as doing it through qcpufreq?

    to zurrain

to enable load preset you must first enable overclocking in the settings of the qcpufreq after that the load preset menu is available in the taskbar

PS: but if youre familiar with loading presets in the xterm then you dont really need qcpufreq

Edit: if its the convinience of button clicking, i will suggest you to use queen beecon widget in your desktop to easily switch between kernel presets
you could use the following command in the qbw for example to load the default preset
/usr/sbin/kernel-config load default | sudo gainroot

btw i applied the speedpatch like a month back and i think ive had this strange problem. i removed the patch n installed latest but i think the problem is cause of the patch. im not sure. like if i switch of n900 by holding the power button, it switches of btu after 3 seconds, it shows a dim nokia screen and auto reboots. like without the nokia hands video n anything, it just reboots. after i switch it off, it shows a dim nokia screen, then i see the loading dots and my homescreen is back. any one experienced this prob?
