    It's by default in OS 2008 :-)

    I think he means that most people who have installed the OS2007 version of Other Maemo Weather applet have the transparency bomb out and leave a white box, same with simple launcher.

    but since there is an OS2008 version released a few days ago, yay for transparency, now for Simple launcher to be updated!

    that is StatusBarClock (previously called panelClock). Currently only works in OS2007

    It's the "web shortcut" applet. The link is changed to a local TV stations doppler >> http://images.ibsys.com/phi/images/w....jpg?618070578

    ... and I changed the image to the link to one I made by cropping a piece from a static radar image.
    I have a couple of web sites like that I like to reference quickly and would love to be able to run multiple instances of the "web shortcut" applet for them but can't with either OS.

    Sure, but note that this is not ready for getting released. Its by far not finished. But for those who wants to test it anyway just pm me and you get the information for my testing repository.
