I think it's because there's a problem with the autobuilder.
Anyways, the version of kernel-power (47) in extras-devel should've been in extras-testing a long time ago, with 46 in extras. However, there's been some sort of FUBAR wrt package owners, hence the reason why you needed to activate devel (!) for a well-tested, stable kernel (46).

oh ok thanks. so i should install v48 through this method instead of waiting it to be available in repos?

Is there a way to fix the settings problem?

I'd like to install all deb pakage (kernel power and settings) using the terminal after the reflash, but when I install the settings my N900 don't boot up.

I feel stupid asking what must be an old solved question, but...

why, when I try to install fcam drivers with power-kernel v47, does it fail?

Code:
~ $ sudo modprobe fcam
insmod: error inserting '/usr/share/fcam/isp-mod.ko': -1 Invalid module format
FATAL: Error running install command for fcam_vanilla
insmod: error inserting '/usr/share/fcam/power/isp-mod.ko': -1 File exists
FATAL: Error running install command for fcam_power
I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything fcam related, rebooted, no luck.

Hi! kernel-power v48 seems not working on my device. When I install all(including settings) the phone shuts off after the nokia logo. Then I reflashed and reinstalled it again(without settings) I'm stuck at a reboot loop. Any ideas why? :/

You need to recompile fcam drivers against your version of kernel-power.
