well i think it is .
have in installed for like past 3 months .
actually i have cssu installed just to use cssu tuner , as to have access to all of the options in cssu tuner you need to have cssu installed completely , so it didn't harm my device as i just use cssu tuner .
and after this hildon desktop just changed an option in cssu features of rotation to force and nothing else.
it's perfect at my side .
