Please please please. FILL OUT ALL. Expecially extra software installed. That could be the most important thing of all. You can list your apps with command maemo-list-user-packages.
EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: set an alarm and when it sounds, press stop
EXPECTED OUTCOME: alarm stops.
ACTUAL OUTCOME: alarm continues to sound and vibrate, phone locks, only resolved by removing battery
REPRODUCIBILITY: 5/10
(always, less than 1/10, 5/10, 9/10)
EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED: all sorts... however the problem happens randomly (ie. works as expected for a few weeks, then after no new software or updates, it happens again)
OTHER COMMENTS: been an on/off problem for ages now
