How can I open the .ini file on the phone? I'm now constantly copying the file from pc to phone.

make backup of the original, then use WinSPC on your Windows-PC to edit the file on phone directly

and maybe to create wiki page about project.... with explanation on how to edit and customize ini file, and do share (with screenshots) your own ini files.... that would be a lot better... i think

Here's a suggestion: customizable notification strings. I'd rather have just a "1" below the email icon than "1 unread emails", etc

String="%d unread emails" or something, perhaps?

why sms notifications but not IM/Telepathy? I use Google Voice for all SMS, and normal SMS is useless for me.

how does position work? the numbers are the dots of the screen?
what is the number for the middle of the screen?

400;240? (800/2 = 400 & 480/2 = 240)
