as i couldnt find the ini.file ,could see only upto ( /home/user/.config/sakya )

nothing ahead was there ,so i ll wait for a gui to customise my
lockscreen.nice work though..i wonder if it could be some how just like that of theme customiser.

Would it be possible to make Notifications clickable? Onclick would open the conversation/mail/phone app.

Yeah, it's the number of pixels, so you got that exactly right. You can also do "center; center" (for example) to get the object perfectly centered.


If you have QtLockscreen installed and working then it must be there. If you have leafpad, just type in terminal as root

leafpad /home/user/.config/sakya/QtLockscreen.ini

and you can start editing the file.

Sakya, a very nice widget, very cool

But it is sad that most developers assume that all N900 users have the necessary knowledge to work things out.

It would be nice if the developers as much as they spent time in programming to also put a helpful tutorial to how work things out. Because most explanations are also not nubee friendly.

Anyway, I have 2 questions:

1- The Lockscreen only shows up for about 2 sec. then screen goes black. Where can I adjust time to make the Lockscreen last longer without touching the screen?

2- I created a folder in /home/user/MyDocs/.images/battery in which I pasted icons for the battery applet.
And changed accordingly the ini file

[Battery]
Images=":/home/user/MyDocs/.images/battery/battery01.png;: ... ;:/home/user/MyDocs/.images/battery/battery15.png"
PosL="700;15"
PosP="380;15"
PercentageFont=";8;normal;0"
PercentageColor="255;255;255;255"

but nothing appears after killall qtlockscreen

What have I missed?

But, everyone, feel free to add and enhance the wiki page, especially with your customizations!

I didn't play with customization myself yet, so I think especially this section of the wiki might need some work (until someine creates a GUI of course ).
