Oh, ok.
Did you try reflashing your device? Do you need some help in doing so? I have a noobies guide on reflashing that I wrote back in the early 09's, I can dig it up for you. Did you try measuring the capacity of your battery (mAH)? Is it an original NOKIA battery?

The first thing you should try (if all troubleshooting fails) is a reflash:

3. Spend money (e.g. buy an additional battery)

my battery gives me 1221 mAh when fully charged..i am usnig what karam wrote in the 1st page..reflashed last week..u can link the noobies guide here

hello guys
i'm finally back
the net is back again horray for me

NOW let's go to work:

i can see that the subject of the thread is totally changed to trisha02 's problem
i think it is recommended to start another thread for trisha02 (not kidding)


NOW : for the main subject
witch is battery + speedpatch + tweaks

i have tested some profiles changes
and the other settings/profiles doesn't make a lot of improvements
because ex:
xlv is the prefect for my N900
ideal is perfect for my brother's
lv is perfect for my cousin

soo
you have to find your way out and choose the best profile to your N900
BUT MAKE SURE YOU ACTIVATE SMARTREFLEX (BECAUSE IT DOES IMPROVE THE BATTERY A LOT)

I will post later another tar.gz that doesn't have my ideal profile
and will post a how to enable the SR only
of course with the vfs trick

and will also edit the dbus-script to make the brightness go to level 1 when the battery is low
and turn down the wifi card

ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS ?
