now when you lock in portrait it doesnt even try to rotate to landscape.
if you lock in landscape it rotates between L & P.

ufff, I'll try again to fix this, but I don't really want to install modified hildon desktop only to fix this...

I installed the Hildon desktop portrait mode from here: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=74980

I tried:
-lock the device when the desktop is in portrait
-turn the device to landscape
-press the power button: the lockscreen appears in portrait mode, then it rotates to landscape.

It seems I don't have any problem with modified hildon desktop.
I don't have CSSU installed (only the desktop linked in the said thread)

I am sorry for being such a stubborn, but, I tried with the vi editor, with leafpad and with the modified ini files provided in the share your files thread and my phone just displays a black screen with no icons and backgrounds at all... only the location of the clock and the media player are okay, but no icons... I would really like to get some help on this matter since this is an amazing app, I have the latest CSSU update and theme customizer (if there are conflicts I do not know)...
