    Ah, OK.
I tried from N900 with MicroB and Opera (both did not work).
I will check tomorrow from desktop/laptop (and reply).
    Thanks.

    P.S. root password?

I don't know whether I set a root password. The account I set up has sudo access; you can use
    Code:
    sudo passwd root
    to change it.

The problem with using a single micrsoSD card is that I don't know how to make u-boot switch between two OS's on the same card.

I didn't see your instructions and have written fully automated script for installing Kubuntu.
However, it does not include the firmware part and script by Ian Lawrence.
Right now I'm trying ubuntu preinstalled image (the one without K) with the same script, and later I want to merge these scripts.
I hope all the authors don't mind?

Me neither. However, Openmoko wiki says that their version has the menu since mysterious Phase-0 release. Was it released after or before Maemo compiled own version?

I've added the firmware part, but right now I am puzzled by the Ians' script.
Isn't the git just the source for the apachelogger's deb?

I don't know. I pretty much just followed instructions, I didn't come up with any of it by myself.
