It's one of the cheaper freight forwarders, compared to the big ones like bongo, myus their fee is cheaper..
I read some reviews, it's mixed i guess, some faced problems, but the others were satisfied.. I used shipto before but bestbuy won't send to shipito anymore so i had to look for other alternatives..

afaik, we pay them to send the package to your country once the package is registered to your account, but mine is still in the warehouse
