    Well what to say? Only one thing Great Work!

    I have:
    Power Kernel 48
    cssu
    speedpatch 1.9

    Mobile phone is overclocked 500/950 ideal
    It is much faster in web browsing especially rendering flash content. Before speedpatch it was with low low frame rate now it is like desktop pc.

    I don't know how will this impact on battery life but so far so good.

    remove any other old versions
    then install the repo one
    then reboot twice directly

    ran removal script from post 1 error showed again in xterm, i'd already removed via FAM earlier as said in previous post and error had gone.

    re-installed via FAM rebooted twice problem still there.

    re-installed speedpatch via HAM looking like my device doesn't agree with it as the same problem reappears.
