Retail boxes differ in regions. You are certain not see Europes Finland made smartphones boxes to come with any extra.
Same like Asia got that touch pen with N8.

I would think Nokia site got the official retail box info on the Nokia's regional page like Europe. Europe page does not include cover, neither was it advertised in Scandinavia to be so.

I went across to ics.com and saw "qt" and meego and that got me all sort of excited but yup! reality check - ics = ice cream sandwich.
